The values given apply to using a recognised everyday support service (anerkanntes Angebot zur Unterstützung im Alltag) where no outpatient nursing service (Pflegedienst) is funded through the care insurance fund.

We do not provide medical nursing care – no injections, no wound care. What we do have is time. An hour with us is an hour of attention, not an appointment on a 15-minute schedule. We complement the nursing service, we do not replace it.
